IntelliSystems Australia builds Intellicore — the AI-era practice management platform for dental and medical practices. We're Queensland-based, Australian-owned, and we've spent years keeping Australian practices' technology running before we ever wrote a line of it ourselves.
Our story
Our team's roots are in Digisys, a Queensland IT services company founded in 2019 that grew from systems integration and cybersecurity into AI integration for Australian businesses. Years of hands-on work inside dental practices and medical clinics taught us the same lesson everywhere: great clinical teams were being slowed down by a patchwork of disconnected tools.
So we built the platform we kept wishing our clients had. In 2026 we incorporated INTELLISYS CORE PTY LTD, and on 1 July 2026 we launched Intellicore — one secure platform for scheduling, patient records, billing, communications and files, designed from the first commit for a world where AI agents work alongside clinical teams.
We're intentionally Australian-first: data hosted onshore in AWS Sydney, GST-compliant billing out of the box, and a compliance posture aligned to the Privacy Act 1988.
